Terms of Service

Effective July 2, 2026

These Terms govern your use of RegistryReach, a HubSpot application operated by Facets Novum, L.L.C. ("RegistryReach," "we," "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you are using RegistryReach on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

1. The service

RegistryReach enriches HubSpot contacts with professional information about healthcare providers drawn from public sources, including the U.S. national provider registry and publicly available business listings. Enrichment happens when you choose to run it on a contact, and results are written to that contact record.

2. Accounts and installation

You install RegistryReach through HubSpot and authorize it to read and update the contacts you enrich. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your HubSpot account and for the actions taken within your portal.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly through our payment provider, Stripe, at the rates shown on our pricing page.
New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan begins billing automatically.
Each plan includes a monthly enrichment allowance. Usage resets each billing period.
You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.
We may change plan pricing with reasonable advance notice. Changes do not affect the current paid period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use RegistryReach lawfully and not to: resell or redistribute the data as a standalone product; attempt to bulk-extract the underlying dataset outside normal enrichment; interfere with or probe the security of the service; or use the app to violate any applicable law, including laws governing communications and outreach.

5. Data accuracy

Please read: Registry and business data come from public sources and are provided "as is." Records can be incomplete, out of date, or mismatched. RegistryReach matches conservatively and writes data only on a confident match, but you are responsible for verifying information before you rely on it for any decision, outreach, or transaction.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use enriched data within your own operations, including compliance with marketing, privacy, and communications laws that apply to you. RegistryReach provides data, not legal or compliance advice.

7. Availability

We work to keep RegistryReach available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that briefly affects availability.

8. Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Facets Novum, L.L.C. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of RegistryReach. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using RegistryReach at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required to protect the service or comply with law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
