Getting started with RegistryReach for HubSpot

This guide walks you through connecting RegistryReach to your HubSpot account and enriching your first contact. Setup takes about a minute, and there is nothing to configure by hand.

1

Install RegistryReach

Install the app from the HubSpot App Marketplace, or go directly to registryreach.io/install. Sign in to your HubSpot account and approve the requested permissions, which let RegistryReach read and update the contacts you choose to enrich.

  • On first use, RegistryReach automatically creates its NPI, Provider specialty, and Provider taxonomy properties in your portal.
  • Your portal starts on a 14-day free trial, so enrichment is available immediately.
2

Add the card to your record layout

Open Settings › Objects › Contacts › Record Customization, open the default view, and in the middle column choose Add cards › Card library › RegistryReach. Do the same on the Companies object with the RegistryReach Company card. Save each, then open a record and the card appears with the Enrich button.

3

Enrich a contact

Make sure the contact has a first and last name. Adding the provider's state improves match accuracy. Then click Enrich from registry on the card.

  • RegistryReach looks the provider up in the U.S. national provider registry (NPPES).
  • On a confident, unique match it writes back: NPI, specialty/taxonomy, practice address, and practice phone (formatted).
  • The card shows a Verified state when data is written, or a clear message when no confident match is found.
4

How matching works

RegistryReach writes data only on a single, confident match. It never guesses. If a contact's name is very common, or the state is missing, it reports no match rather than writing uncertain data. Add the provider's state to the contact and try again.

5

Plans and usage

Every plan includes a monthly enrichment allowance, shown on the card as you use it. New portals start with a 14-day free trial. You can review plans or upgrade on the pricing page. Billing is handled securely by Stripe.

6

Ask it with Breeze AI

RegistryReach also adds a Breeze agent tool. Open any Breeze agent's settings, and under What this agent can access choose Add tool and select Look up a provider in the registry. Then ask the agent, for example, "look up the provider West Rehab Services in Georgia," and RegistryReach returns the NPI, specialty, taxonomy, practice, and phone right in the conversation. This tool is read-only and does not change any record. Each successful lookup counts toward your monthly enrichment allowance, like any enrichment; lookups that find no match are free. Breeze agent availability depends on your HubSpot plan.

Troubleshooting

No match found: add the provider's state to the contact, or double-check the name spelling, then enrich again.
Card not visible: add the RegistryReach card to your contact record layout in HubSpot settings.
Quota reached: upgrade your plan from the card or the pricing page.

RegistryReach works with public professional and business data about providers. It does not process patient or health information.
